Research on Relationship between Management Incentive and Corporate Value
Abstract: The reform for business management incentive in compliance with the inherent requirements of socialist market economy is mandatory for corporate governance structure. Under the condition of China, companies have special internal control phenomenon. Therefore in the exploration and practice of corporate governance, core management of Chinese company lack incentives and appropriate institutional guarantee because of poor human capital sense and backward traditional personnel and wage system reform. As a result, discussion from perspective of incentive mechanism for company's core management will be helpful for solving Chinese corporate governance problems. Based on the principle of incentive theory, this paper carries out research and analysis for incentive mechanism for XB's core management. In combination with enterprise’s characteristics and demand of core management, it discusses and analyzes the problems and solutions through XB's incentive mechanism, and brings up a method for reference to provide effective incentives for its senior management. It concludes that it’s necessary to combine constraint and incentive mechanisms in a company in order to achieve a balance of interests.
