Design of digital storage oscilloscope based on FPGA
Abstract: the design of the system use A/D conversion, FPGA and MCU control scheme to design. Signal conditioning circuit firstly passes through the front end of the voltage is adjusted to within the input voltage range of A/D, regulating circuit is mainly composed of a signal amplification circuit and attenuation circuit. Adjustment after the signal is sent to the A/D conversion circuit for digital. Then the data after A/D conversion to FPGA, and output by the SCM control signal display and storage, this paper adopts FPGA, which makes the design of digital storage oscilloscope is flexible, easy to upgrade.
