Try to Analyze the Presence of Moral Anomie in the News Media’s-to Chouke Hua Incident as an Example
Abstract: Like Achilles heel, the phenomenon of Moral Anomie in media report is hard to achieve a one-time cure, which has been puzzling the whole journalism. So does the domestic report of Chou Kehua. By checking on the report from the respect of media morality, it is not difficult to find that the reports have some defects such as over readings and secondary hurt. Therefore, this paper provides some feasibility proposals from several aspects including strengthening the moral cultivation of media reporters, improving the internal mechanisms of news agency, abandoning the recreational curiosity and reverting the social welfare etc., which aims at offering some practical suggestions as references to avoid any Moral Anomie in the current reports.

试分析我国媒体在新闻报道中存在的道德失范
——以周克华事件为例
自新闻改革30余年以来，新闻职业道德的发展一直存在着两种面相，一是职业道德建设的系统化和规范化；另一方面是在新闻业的实践中屡屡出现的失范问题，如有偿新闻、侵犯隐私、文风浮躁等。关于新闻职业道德的失范，大多是因为新闻从业者的职业行为触犯了基本的道德底线，是新闻业操守问题。周克华事件，作为一场极具戏剧性的新闻，我国媒体在对其报道过程中存在问题，一直饱受争议。
一、新闻职业道德的基本理论
（一）新闻职业道德的概念
“所谓新闻职业道德，是从事新闻信息传播活动的人们，在长期的职业实践中形成的调整相互关系的行为规范的总和，是一定的社会或阶级对新闻工作的基本要求的概括，是社会职业道德体系中适用于新闻职业活动的一种表现形式。”
