人际交往障碍与社会工作介入以自闭症为例
自闭症也称孤独症，几乎是伴随终生的一种广泛性的发育障碍。自闭症的研究已经有半个多世纪的历史，但是在目前的科学研究水平上，尚未找到彻底治愈自闭症的方法。对于自闭症患者的治疗是一个终身康复的过程，由于每一个自闭症患者的情况不尽相同，治疗的难度可见一斑。自闭症患者一个突出的特点便是人际交往障碍，具体体现在社交能力和沟通能力的缺陷。本篇论文从自闭症患者人际交往障碍的角度，从作者自身的经历出发，结合所学的个案社会工作方法，通过对社会工作介入方法的探究，希望达到对于自闭症患者在人际交往障碍方面的改善。9551

Title Obstacles in interpersonal communication and social work intervention -- with autism as an example
Abstract
Autism, as a mental illness, because of its total population number and the difficulty of the treatment, people pay more and more attention. The research and treatment methods of exploration to autism, has already become a great scientific and medical proposition.
Autism or autism, is almost lifelong a pervasive developmental disorder. Research in autism has a history of more than half a century, but in the current scientific research level people have not yet found the cure autism method. For autism treatment is a life-long rehabilitation process, as a result of each autistic patients is different, the difficulty of the treatment to the general. Autism is a prominent feature is the interpersonal barriers, embodied in the social and communication skills of defects. This paper from the autistic disorder in interpersonal relations perspective, from the author's own experiences, combined with the study of social work methods, through the intervention of social work methods to explore, hope to achieve for autism in interpersonal barriers to improvement.

1.绪论
1.1研究背景
自闭症（Autism），也被称为孤独症，是一种广泛性发育障碍。此概念最早由瑞士精神病医生Eagen Bleuer于1911年提出。1943年美国儿童精神病医生Leo Kanner首次报告自己从精神病角度观察到的11名自闭症病例。而在我国，至1982年才有儿童精神病专家陶国泰首次正式在专业文献上报道4例自闭症。
关于自闭症的发生率，大部分的调查发现大约是10万分之4—10。比如，Wing、Gould1976年在Camberwell地区调查的结果大约是10万分之4.8，Gotberg1980年在瑞典的调查发现有10万分之6的发生率，美国在2002年加州的调查中则发现有10万分之10的发生率。
我国还没有类似的调查，但是近年来上医院或其它专业机构求助的自闭症患者明显增多。如果根据现今国际公认的标准10万分之2—13的患病率来推算，我国约有自闭症儿童30万—50万，这将是一个惊人的数目。自闭症患者，由于他们自身的特征，不仅给家人造成了极大的困惑，同时也引起了社会的很大关注。政府和专业工作者都不能不重视这个问题。
