4 Production Method Summarization

4.2 Procedure
This design mainly involves three main steps: acylation, refining and dry. The following is the details.
1) Compounding: Matching of material based on fixed ratio under given condition.
2) Acylation: Acylating raw material matched under given condition.
3) Crystallization: Cooling solution acylated with cool water in cooling pan, then filtrating by centrifuge.
4) Decolorization: Decolorizing for gloss crystal with active carbon, then filtrating.
5) Crystallization.
6) Dry and packing.
4.3 Main equipment control
1) Matching pan: Terminal temperature: 90℃,testing acidity of solution
2) Acylation pan: Terminal temperature: 135℃
3) Cooling crystallizing pan: Terminal temperature: 20℃
4) Decolorizing dissolving pan: Observing the color
5) Fractionating rectifying tower: Neutralization titration controlling peak of the tower acidity≦5%
6) Evaporator: P=0.266kgf/cm2
