企业规范化管理关键业务流程设计与查询系统开发
本论文在吸收国内外相关理论和实践成果的基础上，结合对规范化管理、流程管理的理解，以及对相关思想、模型的了解，进行关键业务流程设计。本文以采购管理流程为例，对其进行业务流程再造；从细节出发，对流程中部分活动定量分析，确定相关模型、标准，提供规范化管理依据。本文最后依据设计的管理流程，开发相对应的查询系统，实现查询、显示、输出功能，体现企业在实施规范化管理的进程中如何利用流程管理。7600

Title Critical business processes design based on standardized
management of enterprises and search system development
Abstract
Economic globalization and the development of information technology has brought a new round of changes to the enterprise environment, and encourage enterprises to the management of a revolution. Standardized management, a new management theory, is the response to this change requires. Enterprise information and process management standardization are based on standardized management.
In this paper, on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign related theory and practical results, combined with understanding of standardized management, process management, related ideas, and model, design the critical business processes. Taking procurement management processes for example, reengineer its process; from the details of quantitative analysis to determine the correlation model and the standard, and provide the basis of standardized management activities on the part of the process. Finally, according to the design of management processes, development corresponding to the search system to achieve search, display and output functions, embodied how to use process management in the process of implementing standardized management.

1.1 课题选题背景
在全球经济一体化、社会信息化的今天，市场的竞争已经变成一种速度的竞争，企业要生存和发展，只有及时地了解客户需求的变化，迅速地满足客户的需求，不断地调整自己，适应环境的变化，才可能在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟。传统的企业部门分工以及个人专业分工方式的组织方式已经不能适应今天的竞争，企业亟需一种新的管理模式来应对全新的经营环境。同时，随着管理理论的发展，以市场需求为导向的流程再造自二十世纪80年代在西方提出以来，已经变成一个企业调整组织、完善企业内部协调、加快市场反应的有效管理工具。因此，对现代企业规范化管理核心业务流程设计很有必要。
