摘要: 随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,民营企业是我国重要的经济支柱。因此,和谐稳定的民营企业劳动关系也就成为了我国经济发展和社会稳定的重要因素之一。但与此同时,劳动者与管理方的权利和利益不一致问题日益突出,影响着劳动双方的关系以及社会的稳定。为缓解劳动双方矛盾、完善政策法规、构建和谐社会,论文在借鉴国内国外劳动关系的理论及经验的基础上,结合中国民营企业劳动关系的现状,分析其存在的问题并且提出建议。构建民营企业的和谐劳动关系,还需要企业、政府、劳动者三方共同积极地采取措施。5123

Study on the construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises
Abstract:With the gradual establishment of China's socialist market economy system, the private enterprise is our country's important economic pillars. Therefore, the harmonious and stable labor relations of private enterprises has become one of the important factors for China's economic development and social stability. But at the same time, workers and the management of the rights and interests of inconsistent problems have become increasingly prominent, affecting both the labor relations and social stability. In order to alleviate the contradiction between labor, improve policies and regulations, constructing the harmonious society, on the basis of theory and experience of domestic and foreign labor relations , combined with the status quo of China's private enterprises, analyses the existing problems and suggestions. Construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises, enterprises,government and workers all should take active measures.
