Title The municipal government internal management innovation research
——Take Xuzhou municipal organs Authority as an example
Abstract
Since the nineteen ninties beginning, along with information by means of the modernization and globalization of economic activity, public management is becoming more and more complex, especially for the municipal government, facing not only deal with some crisis, accept public supervision report, also need to coordinate with other internal departments discordant notes, all of the local government in our country internal management challenges. Based on this, the author takes Xuzhou city municipal organs Authority exemple, with respect to our country municipal government internal management innovation problem to conduct the thorough analysis research. The full text is pided into five chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background, the second chapter analyzes local and local government agencies within the administration of the basic profiles, the third chapter of our municipal government organs of internal management problems were analyzed, in view of the existing problems the author in fourth chapter proposes the corresponding optimized countermeasure, the fifth chapter, and put forward research expectation. Hope that this study can provide some reference value for other scholars.
