摘 要:随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,民营经济成为我国国民经济的中流砥柱。但一些亟待解决的问题仍不容忽视,尤其是企业内部高管人员甄选受家族管理模式、选人观念、甄选机制、企业家素质及企业文化等因素的影响,限制着民营企业更深层次的提升。因此,民营企业想要得到长足发展,就应该从打破单一的家族管理模式、树立科学的高管人员选用观念、完善高管甄选机制、提升民营企业家的素质、构建优良的内部企业文化等方向全面入手,而本研究就是从这样的落脚点出发,结合内部管理出现问题以至走向灭亡的百信企业真实案例,脚踏实地寻找突破口,以促进高层管理人员选用的有效性。38286 毕业论文关键词:民营企业;高层管理人员;人才甄选机制
A Study on Selection of Senior Management Staff in Private Enterprises
Abstract: With the the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy, the private economy has become the main force of China's social development. But some issues that need to be addressed are still cannot be ignored, especially the enterprise internal selection of executive staff is influenced by family administrative madel, concept of the candidates, selective mechanism, enterpreneurs’ quality and corporate culture. Therefore, if private enterprises want to get rapid development, they should break the single family administrative model, establish the concept of advanced talent selection, prrfect the private enterprise talent selection mechanism, improve the quality of private entrepreneurs, and build the good corporate culture etc. This research is starting from such a foothold, combine with the real case of Baixin Enterprises, down to earth to find a breakthrough to improve the effectiveness of senior management selection.
