Title Design of The PID Controller For Time Delay Interval Systems
Abstract Known not only as its simple structure, easy operation, wide applicability, but the well robustness for the building of deviations and perturbation models, the PID controller has being widely utilized in the industrial control field. For a PID controller, the basic and fundamental problem is to ensure the stability of the system.
Time-Delay is a common phenomenon, which is the major cause of the system instability and the performance deterioration. On the other hand, for some specific purpose, in the actual production process, we intentionally add Time-Delay into the system, making it play a positive role. In theory, identified objects do not exist in practical industrial production areas, for the main reason of the inevitability of the deviation’s identification and the shifting of controlled object parameters. So, the research of PID parameters has being changed into interval controlled objects that how to design a PID controller so as to maintain the closed-loop system stability and behave a good dynamic when parameters of the controlled object vary in the interval.
In this article, we consider the interval system with Time-Delay, and design the PID parameters so as to maintain the stability of the sys tem. First, for the certain system with Time-Delay, we draw support from the
