Abstract: Eastman Kodak Company,the 132-year-old photography firm filed for bankruptcy protection with a US court on January 19,2012. It confirm the truth that violate trend would be defeated. Nowadays, the failure of Kodak prove that a company could take a dominant position in the competition only by following trends.The strategic management of corporation having been aimed at running and growing continuously. The dynamic statement of product life cycle has been analyzed for researching the methods and modes of the strategic management of corporation. The different stratagems have been used in different phases of product life cycle and the characteristic has been revealed that strategic management of corporation has relationship with the product life cycle. The research in the strategic management of corporation has key role for the corporation product life cycle.
