摘要鼠李糖脂是生物表面活性剂的一种,其不仅具有优良的生物表面活性剂性质,还具有抑制人类某些肿瘤细胞以及昆虫细胞增殖的效用。本论文利用空间诱变的高产鼠李糖脂菌株进行发酵,得到鼠李糖脂粗产物,再经柱层析分离纯化得到较纯的鼠李糖脂。用MTT法研究鼠李糖脂对A549、HepG2、H460和MCF-7四种肿瘤细胞的抑制效果,结果在100-150µg/ml时,单鼠李糖脂对A549、HepG2、H460具有抑制作用,对MCF-7效果不明显;在100-200µg/ml时,双鼠李糖脂有抑制效果,浓度大于200µg/ml时,细胞基本不生长。5943

Title Studies on the anti-tumor activity of di-rhamolipids
Abstract
Rhamolipid is one kind of biosurfactants, which not only have the property of biosurfactant, but also have the potention of inhibiting the proliferation of some human tumor cells and insect cells. Using the high product bacterial strain mutated by simulated space environment ,the rhamnolipid crude product can be attained. the pure rhamnolipid production is gained by column chromatography. Studies on anti-tumor activity of rhamnolipid for A549, HepG2, H460 and MCF-7 with MTT, the monorhamnolipid can inhibit the growth of A549, HepG2, H460 at 100-150µg/ml, have no effect on MCF-7;at 100-200µg/ml, di-rhamnolipid can inhibit the growth of both four tumor cells above.
