摘 要:快递业作为一种新兴行业,意在满足人们对物品安全、快捷送达目的地的需求,电子商务的热潮,使快递业面临着前所未有的挑战,如何提高快递业的服务质量和顾客满意度越来越成为从事此类行业的企业需要解决的问题。本文着眼于研究对快递业服务质量与顾客满意度的关系,通过调查问卷,分析现存的快递业服务可靠性不高等问题,并就此提出合理的改进意见和建议,以期对众多的快递企业提高服务质量提供借鉴意义。关键词:快递业;服务质量;顾客满意度;影响因素8544
Express Industry: Analysis on the Impact of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction –Taking XX as an Example
Abstract: Courier industry is intended to meet the people's demand for safe and fast delivery of goods as a new industry. With the E-commerce booming, courier industry is facing unprecedented challenges, how to improve the quality of service of express industry become more and more engaged in such businesses on a sector specific problems need to be solved. This article looks at research on factors affecting the quality of service to the Courier industry, through questionnaires, analysis of the existing problems,such as the low reliability and quality of service and make reasonable suggestions and recommendations for many courier companies to improve their service quality.
