摘要:以苯甲醛和辛醛为原料,固体NaOH为碱性催化剂,PEG-400为相转移催化剂,进行固-液相转移催化合成了α-己基肉桂醛。用单因素实验法考察了苯甲醛和辛醛的物料比和NaOH及PEG-400用量,反应温度,反应时间对产物收率的影响,得到了较优的工艺条件:以甲醇和水为溶剂,在苯甲醛和辛醛的摩尔比为1:1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为4-5h,NaOH用量为8%和PEG-400用量为2%的条件下,合成的α-己基肉桂醛的含量为88.75%,并最终通过减压蒸馏得到了纯度为93.45%的产品,产品收率为77.89%。用HNMR及FT-IR对产物结构进行了表征。

The research of synthesis of HCA
Abstract:Benzaldehyde and octanal as raw materials, solid NaOH as for the alkaline catalyst, PEG-400 as a phase transfer catalyst, was subjected to solid - liquid phase transfer catalytic reaction and synthesis of the alpha-hexyl cinnamic aldehyde. Using single-factor experimental method to research material ratio of benzaldehyde and octanal and dosage of NaOH and PEG-400 ,the temperature of the reaction and the time of the reaction on the yield of the product. To obtain the optimum process conditions for the reaction: methanol and water as solvent, benzaldehyde and octyl aldehyde molar ratio is 1:1, the reaction temperature is 60°C, the reaction time is 4-5h, the NaOH amount of 8.00% PEG-400 used in an amount of 2.00%. In this condition ,obtain the alpha-hexyl cinnamic aldehyde of a content of 88.75%, and finally get purity of 93.45% product by distillation under reduced pressure,and the product yield is 77.89%. The structures of products were characterized by HNMR and FT-IR.
