摘要:本论文研究了三(4-甲基苯甲酰基)纤文素手性薄层色谱板的制备,并用于分离盐酸普耐洛尔。将微晶纤文素加入吡啶溶胀后,在催化剂对二甲基氨基吡啶存在下,用对甲基苯甲酰氯密封超声反应酰化,乙醚沉淀后用乙醇清洗、干燥。红外谱图显示该条件下酯化反应比较完全。取制备出的三(4-甲基苯甲酰基)纤文素,溶于二氯甲烷后涂敷在硅胶表面,加入适量乙醇搅匀后制备薄层色谱板。选择展开剂为正己烷-异丙醇-三乙胺(5:5:0.04,v/v),用该薄层板分离了消旋的盐酸普萘洛尔样品。显示该方法制作的手性薄层板具有手性分离能力。4835

The synthesis of chiral stationary phase and chiral resolution of thin layer chromatographic
Abstract: The thesis studied the preparation of chiral thin layer chromatography plate of tri(4- methylbenzoyl)cellulose and used for chiral separating propranolol hydrochloride. Microcrystalline cellulose was added to pyridine and swelled up, reacted with methyl benzoyl chloride in seal ultrasonic reaction in present of dimethylaminopyridine catalyze. After 2 hours, diethyl ether was added to precipitate the product. After the product was clean and dry, its IR spectrum shows that the esterification reaction was enough under the conditions. The prepared tri(4-methyl-benzoyl) cellulose was dissolved in methylene chloride, and applied to the silica surface, adding an appropriate amount of ethanol stir to prepare chiral TLC plate. Hexane-isopropanol-triethylamine (5:5:0.04, v/v/v) was used as eluent to separate racemic propranolol hydrochloride sample by the chiral TLC plates. The result shows chiral separation ability of the prepared chiral TLC plates.
