摘要:海盐的用途是广泛的,它在化学工业中是重要的原料,也是人们的生活中不可或缺的消费品,它是关系到民生国计的重要产品。目前由于我国的原盐产量已经出现了供大于求的局面,海盐市场竞争十分激烈,消费者对原盐的质量品质要求也日益提高,人们注重健康生活品质,对于食用海盐的要求更是越来越高。因此,作为人们日常生活必需品之一的海盐必须达到严格的规格,而质量的高低也已经决定着供应商的未来发展。想要扩大企业规模,甚至海盐出口,那么进一步的提高海盐的质量义不容缓。本文通过比较研究进行海盐精制,选择合理的化学处理试剂,试剂配方含量范围以及反应温度、反应时间、反应环境等最终获得能制备出符合国标的精制盐的实验方法、优化的工艺条件。

The research of refining process for Sea salt
Abstract: Sea salt is versatile, it is an important raw material in chemical industry and the indispensable consumer goods in people's life, and also it is related to national economy and people's livelihood. Now the sea salt market is very competitive due to the situation that production of crude salt in our country have oversupplied. As the requirement of the crude salt quality is increasing day by day, and people pay more attention to the health and life quality, edible salt is required to have higher demand. For the sea salt is one of the necessaries in People's Daily life, therefore, it must meet strict specifications. The quality of high and low has decided the future development of suppliers. For expanding the scale of the enterprise, and even sea salt export, the further improving of sea salt quality cannot be delayed. This article through the comparative study on sea salt refining, selecting rational chemical reagents, reagent formula content range and environment, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, finally get the experiment method accords with national standard of refined salt is prepared, optimization of process conditions.
