摘要:本文以第14届世界游泳锦标赛志愿者服务为背景,从志愿者的服务管理现状和存在的问题出发,运用相关社会学、西方经济学和统计模型来分析问题的根源,将激励模式与志愿者管理有机结合。通过精神激励、物质激励、工作激励等不同人文关怀激励模式,探究其对志愿者的影响程度,找到普遍规律,进而通过最少的资金支持,找到对志愿者相对行之有效和切实可行的激励方法。为日后的志愿者服务工作提供依据和参考。4976

The motivation model of volunteer management investigation

Abstract: In this paper, we research the14th FINA World Championships volunteersforthebackground,startingfromthevolunteerservicestatus and the problems. Related to sociology, Western economics and statistical model so as to analyze the problem of the root, we aim to organic combination of the motivation model and volunteer management. By different kinds of humanistic care models such as spiritual encouragement, material incentives, and working motivations, we aim to explore how these models impact on the volunteers and find the universal rule of it. Furthermore, through a minimum of financial support, we can summarize a more practical and effective way to motivate volunteers and provide the basis and reference for future volunteer service work.
