The motivation model of volunteer management investigation
----The 14th FINA World Championships volunteers, for example
Abstract: In this paper, we research the14th FINA World Championships volunteersforthebackground,startingfromthevolunteerservicestatus and the problems. Related to sociology, Western economics and statistical model so as to analyze the problem of the root, we aim to organic combination of the motivation model and volunteer management. By different kinds of humanistic care models such as spiritual encouragement, material incentives, and working motivations, we aim to explore how these models impact on the volunteers and find the universal rule of it. Furthermore, through a minimum of financial support, we can summarize a more practical and effective way to motivate volunteers and provide the basis and reference for future volunteer service work.

1 绪论
激励至关重要，它被认为是“最伟大的管理模式”。美国哈佛大学的詹姆斯教授在多年研究的基础上指出：如果没有激励，一个人的能力发挥将仅为20%至30%；如果施以适当的激励，将通过自身的努力使能力发挥到80%至90%。管理心理学认为，激励是指激发人的动机的心理过程。就是通过某种内部或外部的刺激激发人的工作动机，调动人的积极性。
