Abstract
In order to design an annual output of 1000 tons of heavy packaging film workshop process, the article starts from the features of heavy packaging. In this .research, low density polyethylene (LDPE) is chosen as raw materials, for the physical and chemical properties of LDPE is suitable to be machined. Then based on the design above, the design is conducted by choosing the appropriate methods and production processes. According to the annual production and the raw materials had be chosen, the design is followed by calculating the materials balance and energy balance, on the other hand the rational allocation of plant and staff arrangement is also important. The goals of the series design is producing the heaving packaging film which meets the requirements on the based of using the resources most.
