摘要:磁悬浮列车是一种现今新型的轨道交通工具,具有速度快、噪声小、振动小、安全舒适等特点。本课题通过理解实验室磁悬浮系统的工作原理,建立了磁悬浮控制系统的动力学方程、电压平衡方程,求得了系统的传递函数的数学模型,验证了此系统的能控性和能观性。课题通过研究磁悬浮对象设计了磁悬浮的根轨迹校正器、频域校正器和PID控制器。利用MATLAB仿真软件整定了PID控制器参数、根轨迹校正器的零极点、频域校正器的响应曲线,得到了较好的控制效果。最后进行磁悬浮控制系统的实时控制,实时控制悬浮实验表明,磁悬浮系统具有很好的适应性, 获得了较高的控制精度。

The design of maglev PID control system
Abstract:
Maglev Train is a new rail transport with high speed, low noise, small vibration, safe and comfortable.By understanding this topic maglev system’s working theory establishing levitation control system dynamic equations, the voltage balance equation, obtaining the transfer function of the system’s mathematical model, validated that this system is controllability and observability.This topic designed magnetic levitation maglev root locus correction,frequency domain correction and PID controllers through research object.Using the software MATLAB simulation tuning of the PID controller parameters, the pole-zero of root locus corrector, the response curves of frequency domain corrector ,receiving good control effect.Finally,real-time controlling magnetic levitation control system, real-time control of suspension experiments shows that magnetic levitation system has good adaptability to obtain a higher control precision.
